Brendan joined Blair & Potts in June 2021, coming from a midsize firm in New York. Brendan attended Brooklyn Law School and received his J.D. in 2015. Brendan's practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration and tax planning. Brendan advises individuals and families on crafting sophisticated estate plans to meet their personal goals, with particular emphasis on tax planning. Brendan also advises and assists fiduciaries in all aspects of estate administration.
After graduating from college, Brendan served as a Fulbright Teaching Assistant in Germany for one year, and then spent ten years teaching in various New York schools. Brendan currently serves on the Lecture Committee of the John Jay Homestead in Bedford, New York, where he also lives with his wife and three sons. A life-long hiker, Brendan also sits on the board of the Adirondack Trail Improvement Society in Keene Valley, New York.
